Volkswagen Group Emissions Scandal

  • Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen (2009 - 2015)
  • Volkswagen Passat CleanDiesel (2012-2015)
If you own a diesel powered vehicle manufactured by VW, you can register with us to find out whether you might be entitled to claim compensation. Affected vehicles can be identified by their VIN Number. A VIN Number is a 17 character unique code. It can be found on the driver's side at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield or on the driver's side door at the door post where the door latches when it is closed.
